Has anyone else had a pop up from these offering a free gift card from Tesco?

If so, what's the catch?

If it's the one i'm thinking of, you have to complete a number of "sponsor offers" (read as: pay for their products or services!) and get a number of friends to do the same. Once they have made the money from you then you receive your "free" giftcard

    Hello All,

Like the last poster, I was trying to track down info on these guys and ended up here!

A colleague of mine found this link, which is a story about Inner Concepts (the company behind the ShoppingSpreeOnUs site) -it makes for interesting/worrying reading:

    http://www.nypost.com/seven/04132007/tv/web_of_deceit_tv_don_kaplan.htm

A good friend that works for one of the brands listed in the gift card companies has categorically stated that this 'offer' has absolutely nothing to do with them and she believes that a couple of the other brands are looking at taking legal action against the site's owners. (It'll be a bit difficult though, as Inner Concepts seem to be based in the US...)

So, in a nutshell, steer clear!

    Cheers,
