How can I get one of them to stop? I'm in communications with NCO and then I get letters from Westminster Solicitors or something?

I think they are both the same company. Most DCA have 'legal' departments within their own firms, they are to make you think that they debt is getting passed higher up the chain, but dont be fooled

I think they are the same or atleast work together. Most likely someone stuck the wrong headed paper in the printer. I'd say nothing to worry about.0

hi, I'm getting the same letters from both companies, I made an arrangement with NCO as when I called westminster they passed me through to NCO so I guess its like others have said, just a bit of a con to worry you! NCO agreed my repayments so assume its ok!total debt: £8103
Debt free date at current affordable repayment: 2022

That's annoying. I wish they'd actually say that they're the same company seeing as I'm writing to NCO. !!!!!!? Oh well, at least I know now, thanks guys 0
