i have had same msgs, says code has been used max number of times, yet its the code i copied directly off the site, never been a tesco online customer before, confused!

Same here what is going on? I got the code via quidco everytime I enter it I get a box teeling me it has been used the maximum number of times, just been through to customer service as the code is also advertised on the FRONT of the grocery site and they saud " oh yeah I have already taken a call about this, this morning as all I can do is put a note on and when you have had your delivery we will refund you the £15!"

No thanks I said why cant you just make your website work properly!!!!!!

So now I have a brand new account with a full shopping trolley for delivery tomorrow and I cannot checkout!

Anyone any ideas??

It could have been me he was talking about! lol i rang up this morning and he said same, we will refund u once order has been delivered but thats a pain, id rather just have the discount upfront!!!!

I have emailed them and made it very clear its a big inconvience and i had hoped to take advantage of some offers but they end sunday and its not looking likely i will be able to order before then

I ended up using the normal £10 one in the end otherwise I would have lost my delivery slot for tomorrow, I will have a go at arguing the toss with customer service next week see how far that gets me

The to top it all of so far my £5 cashback thorugh Quidco has not tracked yet!

Just thought I would update this thread, I used the £10 code yesterday, just had the order delivered and range CS they have now also refunded the extra fiver I also (wrongly !!!) ordered a pork shoulder that was half price compeltely my fault I for some reason thought it was leg don't really like pork shoulder that much Anyway I picked one weighing 1.8kg for £4.83 the one they sent was 3 times the size and cost £12.32 (bearing in mind I really am not a fan of shoulder anyhow I was less than amused), anyway told them and they have also refunded another £7 odd

So although my Sunday dinner is now completely spoiled with yuk yuk shoulder at least it has not cost me 12 quid odd Sure the dog will enjoy his tea tonight grrrrrrrrrrrr
