Can't phone China using any discount method - solutions?

All the 08x prefix methods plus 18185 cannot reach China currently, due to the earthquake off the coast of Taiwan knocking out some major internet cables. Nor can Skype Out reach China anymore.

Has anyone got the cheapest (TESTED) alternative suggestion, short of dialling direct with say, TalkTalk at 20p/min?

[EDIT - Found that Skype Out is working sometimes and when it does, gives good line quality to China. So maybe a solution better than none]
