Career Change-what will my experience enable me to do?

My temporary contract comes to an end next week, and I'm having huge problems even finding relevant jobs to apply for with my experience/level. So i think I need to start thinking more laterally and looking at what else I might be able to do. Looking for any ideas, as i have whole list of things I don't really want to do, but not much idea what i do want to do.
I have spent the last 16 years working with people with learning disabilities, mostly in day centre settings, but also a bit of residential, and am currently a deputy manager of a day centre overseeing a staff team of 16, and directly line managing and supervising 8 of those people. I manage the day to day running of the centre, making sure that staff are doing what they should be doing, the service users are having a full and active day, and that all paperwork (session plans/reviews etc are upto date and completed), as well as dealing with parents, carers, social workers etc.
I also have a degree in psychology and a Masters degree in Health promotion, neither of which i really use at the moment
There must be transferable skills in there somewhere, that will help me in another area of work, and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as unemployment ebbs ever closer

The main 3 jobs I have had were for 10 years with various promotions, 4 years and now 19 months. With a few very short term roles between those jobs0 -
