    It is not a matter for the care commission. All they want to ensure is that the place is adequately staffed with suitably qualified and trained staff.

    well it is most defiently a case for the care commission then,although nothing to do with my wife,75% of staff are from slovakia,or poland and none are qualified or trained,1 has been there a week was a fireman on qe2,another a telephone engineer in slovaki,yet they get all the hrs over my wife who,s qualified and has 2+ years experience

    This may hold the key to resolving some of the challenges facing your wife.If you have a disabled dependant you are entitled to apply to work flexibily and her employer is bound to consider the request seriously....ask if the employer has a flexible working policy.
    The application to work flexibily must be made in writing and you should set out a case which management can consider.It can take around 12 weeks to progress so ensure you date any correspondance.
