You can leave it until tomorrow, does it not say somewhere how long they will hold it for ??Wins in 2013 - Jan - Heinz No Noise Ketchup.0

Should say something like this -If you don't collect your order within 14 days of the initial collection date, we'll cancel your order and refund your payment.Dave. :wave:0

You can collect it later, I have done so in the past.
I was told when I had my item delivered (April of this year) it would be held for up to 7 days. Maybe they changed the rules or its different per store or per item, it did say on the email though so thats where's best to look.0

            Checked my email
 It's within 14 days
I went to the bank and weirdly £15 had been taken out when the item I purchased was only £12
I couldn't print out a mini statment because the HSBC machine doesn't let me so I selected the bank statement option. The statement will arrive soon.
But I'm puzzled did the bank charge the extra 2 quid or Tesco did the bank charge the extra 2 quid or Tesco 0 0

Same thing has happened to me. There's £2 missing somewhere but doesn't show up on mini or online statement. I imagine it's some kind of holding fee that will be back in our accounts soon. Hope so anywayChecked my email
