recipe needed please

Hi there
I think I've found a load of cherry plums whilst on a walk today & before going & foraging them all I thought I'd get a few recipes ready..... so I want to make a jam & have found a recipe for that but I also would like to make a chilli plum sauce can anyone help me??
also does anyone have any other good recipes for using up cherry plums?

marmite's recipe site looks good. Because cherry plums are so small, and it's hard to get the stones out, I simmer them, with just enough water to prevent them catching on the bottom of the pan, until they are very soft, and rub the flesh through a sieve. It's the easiest way to remove the stones, although it takes a bit of time.
Then do any recipe from that point. Cherry plums don't have a lot of flavour, so I usually do a mixed jam with them, or a spicy chutney.If I'm over the hill, where was the top?0 -

Have you thought of drying them out into prunes? They'll keep you going for months!Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
