do you go on holiday when on DMP ?

and yes UK Sun holidays can be great! but even they cost money,,, you'd need to econonmise and cook meals and make very cheap picnic lunches (supermarket not local shop!). staying on the sites everyday at these places and spending is not always a good idea as they are designed for you to keep spending. find one that has beaches and things near by that you can go to!0

I'm certainly not going to say that you shouldn't have a holiday because you are on a DMP - it's your life and your choice. Relating to my experiences as a child though, from the age of about 5 to around 14 or 15, we didn't have any holidays because we could not afford it, my parents worked for themselves and it just wasn't possible to stop work. I have plenty of happy memories of life with my parents, just not ones involving holidays, so from the perspective on your children not having happy memories of being away with you on holiday, I don't think it's that important. Just my tuppeneth!0
