I heard that the Tussauds offer annual pass is on again however my friend says there are restrictions when you can use the pass at busy times which I personally think contradic the pass being annual. Does anyone have any insight as to this

We haven't been told of any restrictions and have had no difficulty using our passes, even on days when there have been events running.
The only restriction on the passes that I am aware of is that they have a maximum usage of 52 visits.
Edit: I have just read the terms and conditions again and there are no restrictions on times you can use the passes except for evenings at Warwick Castle (when they run paid events). The terms and conditions are here http://annual-pass.com/terms.asp0
