Using more than 1 code for the same purchase

Hello all, im new to this site so i hope im posting in the right place and not duplicating with this thread.
I was checking out the HotUKDeals site and went to the Dixons site to try the codes out. I tried a £10 off code on a 32" LCD TV that was £399.99 + £29.99 delivery and it worked so then i thought i'd try the free delivery code aswell and that worked too so basically it looks like you can use 2 different codes on the same product at the same time so instead of the TV costing £429.98 it no only costs £389.99.
