can anyone advice how you get the first £10 top up purchased today fully charged put sim in set date time etc got 2 txts giving phone no and id code but still no credit went on line entered sim no but said couldn't process & to ring the number that is also on black booklet rang that number said do you want new no but they have already allocated a phone no tried ringing customer service but they cut me off saying I have no credit to make call as you can gather not very techno with these.0
