I have to do a presentation for an IT Recruitment Consultant role tomorrow. However, i haven't worked in recruitment before and i am seriously stuck on one of the required points.
How would you build a territory from scratch?
I would be very grateful for any advice as i have searched the internet top to bottom and can find nothing!!!

you need to figure out your local labour market see what types of employers are out they for one thing I would guess0
