does anyone know where I could find a 45 ml ice cream scoop?
Or what the diameter of it would be as it appears most are listed in terms of scoop diameter.
Wanted to fill cupcakes evenly.

But now we know the bowl size to aim for (52mm) good spot!0 -
Great thanks. Now I know what I'm looking for.
I have a larger ice cream scoop(50ml) that fills the cup case to just over the top.
But now I want slightly less to try a new icing technique I learnt at a class. The instructor used a piping bag to distribute the batter but I couldn't control this.
I'll post if I find a cheaper version.
Thanks!0
