1. Entry into the competition is your acceptance of these terms.
2. This competition is promoted by HarperCollins and Premier Cottages.
3. The prize includes a week’s stay in a cottage for a maximum of 4 people. The winner will be able to choose from a list of participating properties.
4. This competition is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland, aged 18 or over, except for employees of Premier Cottages or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation of and administration of this promotion or their families.
5. The prize does not cover transfer to and from the chosen cottage or food and beverage.
6. The competition closes 31st August 2011 and the prize must be taken before 30th June 2012.
7. The prize cannot be taken during the following: school/bank holidays and the period 31st August 2011 to 1st October 2011.
8. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received.
9. Responsibility will not be accepted for damaged, lost or delayed entries and the winning decision is final.
10. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-divisible and no cash alternatives will be offered.
11. Entries are limited to one per person and one per household.
12. No purchase is necessary.
13. Entrants accept that if they win, HarperCollins will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purpose of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
