Hello,
I paid a F&F settlement with CS for around £3,500 for a Barclays loan around 3 weeks ago.
I called Barclays about this loan and it does not show up on their system as it was passed on to CS.
But, when I log in to my online banking the loan is still visible for XX amount (pre-settlement amount) - is this common, or should it be removed from my online statement?
