Getting Personal - 'Glitch' On Price Of Four Items

Well - today I received my two free items the ice bucket and glasses - only problem is that the ice bucket is smashed (badly packed). I can't see there being anyway I can phone up and ask it to be replaced, when I didn't pay anything for it.
the glasses are nice but I wouldn't have paid much for them anyway. the ice bucket is fairly substantial. I'm going to keep it for a while in case the catch up with me
The item I paid for hasn't been delivered yet but that has a longer lead time on it.¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?

I received my paid for item and it's really good.
Thought I would chance it by phoning up about the ice bucket. They said that there had been a blip on their website and the actual items that were showing as free were supposed to be discontinued. It would appear that my ice bucket must have been 'lying about', they engraved it, sent it and it smashed in the post. Obviously, i'm not going to get a replacment as they no longer have it in stock and no refund because I didn't pay anything for it!
But I got two free glasses out of it - and on checking them a second time, they're quite good quality.

I havent recieved my free items yet, but i think they still have my money on hold, i see people are getting their free stuff, but i have had no cancellation e-mail either! baffled!Lose 28lb 3/28lb

I had a go at this offer, but I paid for delivery. Received a cancellation email, and was told that they would refund the money as quickly as possible. I still haven't received a refund and I have contacted them about it, it has been over a week now, any advice?~2013 Wins~

Snap Possibility - just seem on my statement that money went out on 23rd July (2.99 p&p) - no items received and I can't log back into their site - but they used my email to ask on 13th Aug if I'd review the items I bought (and never received!).
Anyhow have emailed today to try and get my £3 back.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -
I phoned them yesterday as I still hadn't had a refund and was told that although the refund had gone through to the accounts department it hadnt been authorised! The CA told me she would do it straight away but it would take 3-4 days.lovin' this site!
