How to choose between jobs?

Ok, so here's the score:
I've been offered to come back for a new contract with a company I worked for a few months ago. While this might sound bad, unfortunately in this business, when you are starting out, you only get offered very short contracts (2-3 months often).
While I've yet confirm start date, it looks like 1. August. They are probably hiring around 30 people so it's a bit chaotic. Let's call this Job A.
Now, I have two more interviews this coming week. It's certainly not certain that I will get offered any of those job, but I know they are looking for more than one person in one of the jobs (Job

So, I'm wondering if I should mention that I've got a job offer starting 1. August, which is esssentially 3 working days after the interview, to get them to make up their minds sooner?
My common sense tells me it's probably a bit arrogant and makes me sound a bit like I'm some hotshot, but I'd really prefer this job as opposed to the one I've got offered. I'd hate to start job A and then after signing the contract get offered job B.
Job C does pay 50% more which is great but the company is just not of same caliber of Job A and B and they are only looking for 1 person, which also tells me that my chances of getting the job is much smaller.
So, is there anything that might be wise to mention at the job interview?

Keep quiet at your interview about the job youve been offered. It will make you sound pushy and they may just take the stance
that youve got a job already to start and knock you back leaving room for someone who hasnt got a job at all.
Nothing to stop you starting with Job A and then resigning if you are offered another job.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

I've been in one job for quite a long time so I'm a bit out of the loop, but surely you can't just sign a contract one day and then leave the next week? Cause I'm sure they'll make me sign a contract within the first few days.Nothing to stop you starting with Job A and then resigning if you are offered another job.0 -
You can sign a contract one day and give notice the next. If you then don't turn up for work, you won't get paid but they can hardly sack you but they will probably be glad to let you go without notice as they won't be wasting their time training you.0

Wouldn't the contract normally state a notice period though? I imagine job B would want me to start within 1 or 2 weeks which might be shorter than the notice period. I don't want to burn any bridges, if it can be avoided.0

I may be wrong but whatever is in your contract, within the first month only one day's notice is required, after that it is a week or a month depending what is in your contract.

When Ive interviewed people I have asked them have they applied for any other jobs, and if they have, and have an offer, AND I really like them, it will speed me up to offer or turn down a job to them to make sure I can get them/not waste their time. I dont think it sounds pushy or arrogant at all, and just shows you are a good candidate and therefore why shouldnt another company see something in you. Aslong as you dont sound arrogant whilst you are saying it!

If I want to find the right person for a job, I would not think 'Oh well theyve got a job somewhere else Ill give it to another person.' My job is to find the best person - and if that was you I would want to make sure I got in before the other company did.0 -
