Got myself a great bargain the other day off the Phones4U website -
Samsung E370 - available in pink or black - £69.99
It is in their sale online, not sure about in stores. This is by far the cheapest I have seen it - Orange online are selling it for £89.99 as are Argos!
The phone has a built in MP3 player, 1.3 mega pixel camera, bluetooth, video messaging etc and is lovely and small! Mine arrived today and I love it!

I would imagine so as there are lots of people on eBay selling unlocked ones. They seem to go for around £100 on ebay though!
