will Cheesecake mix last uncooked until tomorrow?

Hi, I've made cheesecake brownies for dessert tonight but I have loads of the cheesecakey bit leftover, which is made with ricotta, beaten egg and sugar, will this be ok uncooked in the fridge until tomorrow when I can bake another batch with the remaining so as not to waste it?

    I don't see why you can't leave it in the fridge and cook it tomorrow - i would, but someone more knowledgeable should be a long with a definitive answer soon!

    It will probably make something nice - but not quite the same cakes as the day before. I daresay they will not rise. I have left cake batter for a few hours, give it a really good "beat" before putting it back into the oven to put some more air in.

    I would try it if you want, but keep your eye on the oven - if it doesn't rise it will cook quicker and you don't want to eat them hard & flat!
