:) Saturday/Sunday 23/24th July - What small DFW things will you be doing today?!

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free :money:
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.:D

Good morning all. Just sitting with a coffee before wandering down to the allotment for a couple of hours with DGD. It'll be difficult to drag her away once we get there.
So far today:- yogurt and bananas from stores for breakfast
- contested the price of a chicken in Mr T's and got it reduced by a pound! Well, the product was priced (and scanned) at £5 but the shelf said £4
- made melting moments and chocolate chip muffins with DGD
- fed and watered the chickens in exchange for 3 eggs so far
- go to allotment and pick strawberries, raspberries, peas, carrots and dig a few yummy new potatoes
- make vegetable stew with bottom of fridge vegetables
- feed sourdough starter and possibly make bread if it's ready
- clean out chickens
- snacks and meals from stores
