Newman Debt Collectors and eBay

Today I received a letter from Newman Debt Collecting Agency telling me that I owe £75 in unpaid sellers fees on eBay. I contacted eBay and was told that I do not owe anything. In fact, eBay owe me 11p! They have told me that my eBay account is good and that I should ignore the letters from this agency. I am confused as to what to do. Should I just ignore the letters or do i get in touch with this debt agency and tell them that I owe nothing? The thing is as well that the letter has gone to my old address, my ex partners home.
I have read that this Newman Debt agency is a scam. Please help.
