He bought it for £240.00, when it is valued at £7,500.00. The finance company is part of the same group of companies as the garage. I agree that the phone number is part of the equity of the business. I' ve had to close it down and make two people redundant. My brother is a bankrupt therefore has no money even if I sued him. What he'll do is make sure I spend all the inheritance on legal fees and he'll just add his bill onto the never never. I'm surprised the solicitors are prepared to take the case on.0
