SkintGaz, inform the company that set this up that you are getting nowhere with NRAM and dont let them both "bat" you back and forth. Register a complaint that you are not receiving call backs as agreed.

Thanks for that - but is the original company that set up my mortgage STILL accountable for the (lack of) information etc relating to my current situation, even some 6 or so years on.....

... thing is, I, like most people are at my wits end, and now I'm afraid I will NEVER be able to move out and provide a better situation for my family - something I intend to challenge.......

... I'm just not too sure of who is acountable from the off, is it NR for GIVING me the mortgage, or the broker who set it up (incidentally it was all done over the phone, we never had face to face meetings and I have heard that this in itself can result in a claim back)

I asked a pretty reasonable question... should have known better eh? I guess that YOU are perfect and never make mistakes. You DONT know my circumstances and never will. Proof of the North/South attitude and divide if ever there was one.
