Loan as a result of bank charges

Has anyone taken out a loan in part due to escalating bank charges? Is it worth including this in my correspondence with Lloyds when requesting my bank charges back? Obviously it contributes to loan interest repayments. And what is fair to ask for? Thank you

    pops5,

Ask for all the charges back - the loan is irrelevant.

Lloyds have been charging unlawful sums which have presumably compounded your debt problem.

Follow the guide on here or the BBC website and get it sorted - they you won't need an additional loan hopefully.

    Good luck.

No a loan is a choice to apply for - not everyone has one
