Haggled and got good deals with AA, The Sony shop, and BT and various insurance companies when I threaten to go else where rather than renew an existing policy.

Thanks for the tips - I've just received my breakdown renewal at £20pm for 2 cars - one quick (and polite!) call later the price dropped to £13 with the same level of cover. I'd have never have thought it possible - many thanks!:j:T
