Lloyds TSB is it safe bank for me?

i have debts with natwest, virgin (mbna), barclaycard and nationwide credit card, creation finance agreement, amounting to around £25k.
I have successfully opened a Lloyds TSB account but am now unsure if this is a safe bank for me.
My current account is with natwest which I am obviously going to move from.
I have a Santander account which I never use and is 1.44 in credit.
Is lloyds tsb linked to any of the above?
which is safer Lloyds or santender?

Yep, none of those are linked to lloyds or hbos currently so you should be fine with a lloyds account.

Hi,
Just a bit of a warning re:lloyds tsb. I might just be my personal experience with them but they seem to like to charge for things quite quickly and cheekily. I'm guessing that you have a basic account with no overdraft in which case it probably shouldn't be an issue. Just wanted to give you a heads up.
