Advised me that there is a Halifax /Bank of Scotland call centre not far away, and that they had recently removed all exterior signs as to their presence as apparently one or 2 unhappy former customers jammed their car-park barrier electronically so staff could not leave for 3 hours..nor could next shift get in. Panic and mayhem amongst the bosses!!!
A notice sprayed on an end wall advised them to take the cost of replacing the barrier mechanism out of the bank charges they had taken from former customers. Oddly, the men who replaced the mechanism and new barrier drink in the same pub, and had told my mate it was a £6,000 plus job..and strangely all the cctv cameras went off just before the "damage"...when they went back on EACH one had a label stuck in front of the lens stating that Halifax was a den of thieves and that former customers had now installed other cameras to watch them.....???? Police spent 2 days and found nothing.
Then their site was hacked and pictures sent to Halifax taken on cameras already fitted inside staff laptops!! They are now beside themselves thinking the whole place is hacked.
Marvellous...wish I had been involved.....lets hope they do not show next week and I get my result!!
Firstly, well done on sticking up for yourself, and I will be watching this thread *bookmarked*.
Although, I really cant condone that sort of behaviour, criminal damage and blocking in staff cars, I dont really see how doing that so someone that is being paid(not much) to do their job. What if some of those staff members had children that they needed to get home to? I know that one of the staff where I work(and yes, I do work for the bank in question) has an elderly mother that is in hospital at the moment and she goes to see her mother every night after work, and can get quite upset if she is late or needs to stay behind as I dont think her mother has long left tbh. I dont see how that sort of emotional trauma can be justified really....100% G33K:D:D:D:D

Thanks folks for all the "Thanks!"
I am still in shock.
On the reported problem Halifax had with their call centre being jammed up by unhappy former customers.
I am based ion the North. I know where that Call centre is. I personally do not agree with messing up Staff entering and Exiting as it can buggaire up your life --and its not your problem.
They have removed ALL signage referring to Halifax BOS and set up some easily forgetable name company which manages the property and THEIR name is discreetly outside. However if you troll the BOS corporate website that company is named there as "Utility Provider" Ugh!!??
Physical action was plainly done by disgruntled locals with gripes against Halifax BOS. They had nopt got the brains or charm of members on here to go the "proper way".
Halifax will get some sort of spanking now for short-circuiting the judicial process and dispossessping homeowners who sell to realise capital to settle debts, and then the ruddy Halifax turn unsecured debts into secured debts just by adding their own Charging order.
No County Court ever said Halifax could do that.
Thy just did it themselves.
Barstewards.
Its virtually impossible round here to use a Halifax cash machine after weekends as they all get superglued or filled with quicksetting foam.
Anyway I am ever so grateful for folk on here and for my brief in showing me what to do, and for that Registrar who had the brains to see Halifqx had dropped a testicle--big time--with their self generated Charging Orders!
