Sale or Return Agreement

Hi,
I make and (try) to sell various craft items with fairly small values which I mainly sell at craft fairs. However I have been approached by a new shop opening locally to me who wish to stock my items on a sale or return basis.
Does anyone know where I can get a Sale or Return Agreement from (prefereably for free or for little cost)?
The store opens tomorrow (I know not much notice but she only contacted me today!) so any help would be gratefully received.
