Student loan repayment
So quick question on student loans...if you are not working and are not claiming benefits and are basically a housewife and supported by your husband then do you have to pay your loan back?
So obviously you dont have money, but your husband wouldnt be liable to pay it back right?

No. You only pay it back if your personal income is over the income threshold.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0

no, you don't have to pay it back if your income is insufficent; your OHs income is not taken into consideration
if its pre 1998 loan make sure you defer the loan appropriately0
