Anyone apply for a job via AXAs site?
I have applied for the perfect job for me at Axa. It matches my skill set, salary, is local, has great benefits and they look to be a great company to work for . They ask you to go via their site which I have done and the site notes my application as *submitted*
The closing date was the 6/7/10 with the FAQS noting they will ALWAYS respond to every applicant to advise if successful or not - 'normally' within 5 working days.
As I am very keen I waited until 10 working days and sent a mild and pleasant chaser to ask if they were still reviewing applications….to which I have not had a response.
Has anyone used this site? does the *submitted* change to *Unsuccessful* or *Declined* once the position has been filled?

Please note I have a cognitive disability - as such my wording can be a bit off, muddled, misspelt or in some cases i can miss out some words totally...
