First time round I got married actually on my 25th birthday - seemed like a good idea at the time but was really hard after we split. If it hadn't been for a bank holiday I would have actually got divorced on my birthday too! But OH has turned it all round as he proposed to me on my 45th birthday - can honestly say it was the best thing ever as he'd whisked me off on a surprise holiday to Switzerland and it was the first time ever I'd been able to enjoy my birthday without it hitting me it should have also been wedding anniversary. Even after getting with OH it was always there at the back of my mind but not anymore And no I'm not getting married on my birthday this time round - one wedding, one near divorce and one engagement is enough

i am 22 and the OH is 24 so +1 for each of us when we get married

we are getting hitched on the 10th anniversary of the day we met

Oh didnt technically propose yet but we are wedding planning and getting on with it dont really want an engagement ring would rather spend the money on something else so we wont ever be engaged but we will be married lol
