It's been very quiet since the 'bulls' got banned - cheered on by yourself. Is it a bit too quiet over there now?

What makes me laugh i the way the HPC keep on about how everyone links stuff from HPC.

They do it all the time with links and comments from this site.

They have lost the argument about house prices and they know it. Why else would they ban the bulls? They know we would rip them to pieces if we were still on HPC.

They come across here spouting off but haven't got the guts to allow us to put them right. Stupid really because we get the message across anyway. In fact if they had kept the bulls on HPC website I doubt anyone would have bothered posting on newspaper comments sections where they had a hold.
Now they have been totally humiliated and shown up for idiots.

I would love to go head to head with them.

I predicted a few years back on their site, when they were all patting each other on the back saying homeowners would lose their houses etc.
I told them the government and homeowners would not allow house prices to crash. They laughed at me and came out with graphs, views and every reason why prices would be 60%+ down by Xmas 2009.

We don't need to go over everything again but I was spot on.

I said sellers would jut hold out for the right price or take their houses off the market. I've lost count of the posts I've seen where some HPC moron has offered 25% off a house and been knocked back. The EA won't even inform the seller because it's such a stupid offer.

All the heads of the site (who had a brain) have bought houses now and given up the ghost. All that is left is the nutters and nasty bits of work who wish bad on decent hard working people.

Yes, I'd like to hammer them into the ground and make them feel like what they are.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm.....Hamish McTavish Joined HPC December 2008.

Seems to me you thought the possibility of a crash was so impossible that you popped out to buy yourself a house months from peak, and it took you a year of plummeting prices to feel the old sphincter tightening enough to join a house crash website and tell everyone how wrong they were.


Not what I'd call great predictive abilities.

Dying on its feet (I would be really interested to see what internet traffic they receive).

I, for one, need to keep an eye on the old site as I see that even though I was banned so long ago I appear on three of the threads on the front page. Hey guys, let it be, I've moved on. Should be hotting up there quite soon though when Precipice, Father Fred and Bones start contributing as they promised they would if I was banned. :T
