Anyone know if it is possible to fasttrack a revaluation with Nationwide?

Have been on the phone to the Nationwide Mortgage call centre to try and see if our revaluation can be moved to the top of the pile... been told that it will be processed when it is processed, as hoping it would be done so today.
Does anyone know of a way I can chase this up/speak to anyone direct?
On another note, does anyone know if it is possible to exchange contracts when one of the chain is out of the country? As if we don't exchange today, this will be the situation we will be in.
