FTB 25% dep for house

I am looking for best morgage deal - I have 25% dep of the value of the house and would like a 5 year fixed term - anyone know of any good deals at the moment? thanks

    Hop on YBS for some excellent deals, 5 year fix at 3.99%.................£95 fees with £250 cashback.

    Aye. Yorkshire BS and ING seem to be top of the 5 year fix pops at the moment.

    In that order from best to worst (in terms of rates).
  • Congratulations on saving such a large deposit Moneyinmypocket. Don't forget you could try using a broker if you're unsure of the best deal to take. Worth a thought. You're certainly in a better boat that most first time buyers and have infinitely more choice than those with just a 5 or 10% deposit. Good Luck!
