I am looking for best morgage deal - I have 25% dep of the value of the house and would like a 5 year fixed term - anyone know of any good deals at the moment? thanks

Congratulations on saving such a large deposit Moneyinmypocket. Don't forget you could try using a broker if you're unsure of the best deal to take. Worth a thought.
