Spreadsheet Budget Planner Help

I want to use the spreadsheet version but i get a message pop up saying Disable Macros? The enable Macros doesn't let me click on it. Why does it show up as a security risk and how can i fix it so i can use the recommended spreadsheet version?

ok, open excel then on tools look for macros, then security level, set to medium rather than high, that way you can choose to use macros. The box should then let you click enable macros (did that make any sense?):A
