First Post Name Dropper Second Anniversary
Sent my brother to do the rounds. Used both £5 and £6 voucher on a £60 spend. It does work, but it depends on the store and the staff. If they do NOT let you use it, take the name of the cashier/checkout manager and complain. That's what I did last week and the said dumbo supposedly got a right telling off for giving wrong information to customers. Woohoo. Anyway thanks to the OP. Really appreciate it. x x x loads of love x x x

I've been able to combine vouchers before, next week I plan to spend £45 (on an economy drive), then I shall hand in my bunch of vouchers which will consist of £5 off £40 from the Mail, £6 off £40 till spit, £2 off £20 nectar and any other vouchers I can find in the meantime!

I have some 50p off vouchers for the Mail on Sunday and used one last week, so getting the paper for 50p. Today, my newsagent told me that this offer had been withdrawn, as the paper had already been reduced to £1. I was shown a letter from the Mail on Sunday and they refused to accept the voucher, telling me to complain to the paper, which I have done. Anyone else had this?

Yes, mine said the same - and showed me the letter. Apparently its just that you can't use the half price coupon when the paper is already reduced. It will be back up again next week and you can use the coupon then.

Got my mail with the 50p off coupon no problem, then used the £5 off voucher, a £7 till split and various other coupons and got my shop from £104 to £78 so am a happy bunny, especially as I found the £7 till split on the floor at CS when I was claiming back a DTD:T

Hi I found the code on this forum but can't remember where but there is a voucher to download on HUKD in their voucher section if that helps. It expires 31/03/2012. HTH
  • Just to give some follow up to my complaint to the Mail on Sunday, I received the following e-mail today:

I’m sorry to hear your retailer took this action as non-honouring your voucher as it was still valid, despite the reduction in price. If I can have you address I will send you a free copy vouchers’ to the full cost of the paper.

I have sent back my address and I will let you know.

  • Just had 5 vouchers delivered in the post each giving me a free copy of the Mail on Sunday, valid until the end of October. I'm happy with that.
  • Does anyone know whether the Daily Mail are doing this today?
