Hi all,
Am getting so fedup/stressed/wound up/resigned 4 weeks into my mortgage application, 2 weeks tll valuation took place (value ok) 2 weeks later still no word, i know my employer sent back reference on Tuesday, broker always with clients when I ring for update (yeah right thats why he always rings me back later 'ahem'), but besides that, not sure i want an update :eek: currently paying £800 rent, no debt, mortgage will be circa £450, but ill be able to decorate, have pets, make improvements, please approve me! pls reply if your in the same situation and like me want to vent :-)

It may help to put this in to proprotion if I explain that at the moment most lenders quote 48 hours to review any correspondence after it arrives with the.
No idea which lender you are with, so can't be more specific.
Employee reference "sent on Tuesday" - they probably haven't even read it yet, once all docs are with the lender they will present complete file to underwriting queue (again probably 48 hours in the queue).
My guess - offer mid next week.
