We pay our DMP four weekly so the release money date alters, when it goes through each creditors system, it missed June, so July will have two payments..
RBS sent them letter stating they not happy with us, Though we never missed a payment, in fact we send 13 payments yearly.. since 2003.
We hoped we finish last year we did not realise we will have to pay interest charges on our ex current account with RBS and Budject account RBS.. We paid our current account up, about five years.
We still owe a small amount but huge to us under £500.00.
The one we paid up, they said we still owe £6.47.... It taken them over four years to find this piddling little amount. We will pay it, after we ask RBS where its from..
Also is it too late ask for a consumer credit agreement record, as we had the bank account pre RBS when they taken it over in 1975.. ish
please advise us, thank you
