Searches on you CR

I am after car insurance... I searched for one, and it appeared on my credit report! Then because I search for several different makes (as I am getting a new one very excited, but unsure which was going to be cheaper to run) it search my report three times!

Now on my CE page, it says reason for credit to decline...because I have had 7 searches in the last three months! Will the insurance quotes make a difference to my report that lenders see?

29th June -Beginning Credit Score 422 :( £2575
12th July - Credit score 471 :p
22nd August - Credit Score 550 :p Still very poor just but only just!
Remaining to pay off: £1370.95
