tummy toning creams???

has anyone got any good tips for sensible weight loss and tummy toning.

just had a baby so i cant run or exercise properly yet as i havent fully healed but looking for easy steps i can take to start the process.

i have seen loads of creams and gels which claim to help tighten tummy whilst being part of good diet etc but not sure which work and dont want to waste my money on them without results.

one of these were mama mio bootcamp kit (found in mother and baby magazine) but they are expensive and again not sure if they work.

thanks in advance

If they really tightened your tummy they'd have to be licensed as medicines and on prescription.

You'll see in very small print they say 'cosmetic effect only'.

As I understand it, the Mama Mio bootcamp kits come with exercises for each part of the body (so the stomach kit will contain stomach exercises) and recommend that you do plenty of cardio as well as doing the exercises and using the creams exactly as instructed.

I know people who have seen a difference, but they were likely to have seen a difference anyway, to be honest - they started exercising more and eating better.

Nothing you apply external is going to shrink / tone your tummy so don't waste your money, spend it on the little one instead.
