    Hi, I don't have any photo ID since I got married so whenever I pick stuff up, they just ring up the call centre and I have to speak to them while instore to just confirm a few personal details then they are fine with it.

    Lucky you! I wish mine were as nice. On three occasions I've 'lost' the stuff because they won't accept my ID. I have an out of date passport but I've taken that with my birth certificate, bank cards, medical cards and the confirmation e-mail and on all three occasions they've refused. So, instead of setting myself up for a fall again I thought I'd (I know it sounds silly) bump it up to £50 and then return the unwanted thing. Well, that's the plan. The 'unwanted thing' is a toy so hope the little ones don't end up opening it.
    Thanks OP for this - will be a great help whist organising all the clothes in the cellar.
