I don,t know how much duty (if any) there would be to pay if you won, but they say this in the text.....
Just like on the older giveaways, we will pay the delivery + customs duties but no more than $ 150. If it costs more than $ 150, you’ll have to pay the difference. Also, if you are from New York or Bucharest, you can meet with me or Alexandru and I or he will hand you the prize(and drink a beer on your ).
