Family trust - mortgage ?

Hi can only one please help, can a trust fund set up by a family actually buy a property , this wouldn`t be outright, it would need a mortgage and then place the property in the trust, can this be done?

No - no mortgage company will accept it on residential property (I'm not sure on commercial property but think it could possibly be done - but probably onerous issues involved for the trustees)Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
