Quidco Help Please

I've just logged onto Quidco to see how my Christmas cashback has been getting on, and discovered a whopping £8.22 has been declined!!

The missing money is from TheGadgetStore.com.

If you follow that link, it says that TheGadgetStore.com is now part of gadgetshop.com. To be honest, I don't remember ordering from TheGadgetStore.com, I'm sure the money should have come from my order from Gadgets.co.uk. That site is still up.

Does anyone remember what TheGadgetStore.com looked like? I did order from gadgetshop.com, but those Quidco points are separate (and correct). Did the site get taken over??

I'm very confused and disappointed here, as if the £8.22 is taken away, after I take into account the £5 admin fee from Quidco, I might as well not have bothered with hunting down cashback sites at all.

Any advice / help?

I just had a quick look on my account and gadget shop £2.71 has been declined. also ...... but i did use a code for a measly few p off a small item on the order it might be that the code i used took presedent over the quidco link. If that makes sense.

I haven't used any clicky codes this year though, just the discount vouchers you type in.
