Any advice helps, I am already working as an accountant so can cover the work based stuff but dont want to just stop now

Not an accountant but come across a fair few people who have gone down the accountancy route rather than the MBA one and they have all gotten the ACCA and the adverts for similiar roles always request MBA or ACCA. Could be within accountancy its as valid but never seen it requested before0

I would say ACCA or CIMA0 -
yeh have decided that i deffo want to do ACCA but level 4 AAT is the same as F1 F2 F3 for ACCA so its just which would be quicker and better for my career really

for an accountant it would be ACCA - I know someone who has done it and will be fully qualified in August, hopefully. Took her 2 years!!
good luck0 -
OP, how long have you been working in accountancy for?
I started at level 2 with no previous experience and I've gone on to do AAT 4, as in the full qualification itself will provide exemptions from some ACCA exams. My logic is, in the meantime while I'll be studying ACCA, I will already be a fully-qualified AAT Technician. So at least I'll have a substantial qualification already under my belt while I carry on studying, if you get me?
