Mis Sold Blackhorse Loan
Comments

As I have said before. I think that it is outrageous that lenders should expect to get back the loans that they made, from the borrower or the guarantor. Especially when they have made no provision for the borrower to get the loan "voided".I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0 -
I'll have you know the "Right to Void" is laid in concrete and is the single most important human right we have, shudder to think of the day when that's eroded."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0

I told them that me being on the loan makes the loan void as I am not a homeowner of the property the loan is charged on nor any other. I checked my experian credit report and it clearly states that it is and 2nd mortage!!! How can I have 2nd mortage without ever having a 1st?What should my next step be?0

Hope that your mother resumes and continues to pay, because if she doesn't you will have to - end of story.
Errrrrmmm hellooooo....you're forgetting the right to void?
It's enshrined :rotfl:"We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0 -

I saw some cherries in Sainsbury's earlier, they were on the second shelf and they're always on the first - do you think I should demand a discount?
It's a dead cert those cherries were void, I'd got to the president."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0 -
