Problem is, my employer want me to pay £2000 towards the training I received and about £3500 as this was guarantee commission for whilst I was doing my training... It is in my contract however they forget to mention this to me...ever.
Is there anything I can do?

Did you sign your contract?
Did you read your contract before signing it?
Can you see where this is going?

Would they have to take it all at once or can you set up something with them for instance to pay back in installments? I mean if it was 2k then wouldnt be a prob but near enough 5,500.0

Yeah you're not wrong to be honest. I'm gonna have to have a right old think.
I mean in your opinion, could a good lawyer find a clause in it do you think?0
