Reloading prepaid mastercard

Can anyone help??? I have a Unique Card (prepaid, from same people as do Cashplus card). Just before Christmas I went in to the post office and handed over some money and the card anmd the man behind the counter said he couldn't accept it?? Anyone else with one of these had any problems??

They told me that with my cashplus card the first time I went into my local post office too! Try another post office.0
