E: 21/09 Win a Nissan Quasqai

I've just received a letter from Nissan following my email to them about their t&cs discriminating against the disabled & they have said 'if a finalist does have a disability they would make all reasonable adjustments to ensure that the finalist has the same chance of winning the prize as all the other finalists. We encourage all members of the community to enter the promotion.'
I am definitely going to enter as it's such a great prize but if I am lucky enough to be a finalist I wouldn't be able to participate in any sort of paintballing activity as I have both mobility problems & dexterity problems because of my various conditions so I shall be keeping their letter just in case & if anybody else is lucky enough to get through & can't participate I have the letter to prove what they have said so good luck to all, able bodied or notPositivity is the key to success0

I certainly wouldn't be able to participate, I've emailed them to point out that this is surely disability discrimination urging them to change their T&Cs to ensure that anbody will be able to participate
I am just wondering why anybody with a disability would want to win a Nissan Quasqai ?
( unless they are intending to sell it once they had won it)0

Is it not the same theory as a game show such as Wipeout on BBC1, where I do not believe a disabled person could enter......"Those who try to make sense of the world are divided into four categories: scientists, theologians, philosophers, and fools. Correction ... make that one category with three sub-divisions" -- Carlo Kensada0

 Hello, sorry to bump.
My mother in law is disabled, it is my father in law who does the driving. My MIL would no way be able to "fire" a paint ball gun because of the chronic arthritis in her hands. Does this mean she should be excluded?
A new car would make a massive difference to her. She would no way sell it.
Just for info Liz31 is not my MIL:rotfl:The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up. ~Mark Twain :happyhear
Love to win. Thank you to all who post!

The point I was actually trying to make was why would anybody who is unable to shoot a paintball gun at a target want a win a car which is marketed as a 4 x 4 offroader - SUV or (Sports Utilty Vehicle).
I think there are too many 'Chelsea Tractors' doing shopping run as it is!0
